We process all orders within 24 hours, so if you need to make any changes, please email [email protected] as soon as possible—ideally within that window.
If you're updating a shipping address, be sure to include the full, correct address in your message. Once a shipping label has been created, we’re unable to make any changes to the order, including edits to items or the address—no exceptions.
Please note that shipping methods can't be changed once an order is placed. If you'd like to switch to expedited shipping, we recommend placing a new order with the preferred shipping option. You can then email us at [email protected] to request a cancellation of the original order.
