Our 14-day guarantee is designed to ensure that our customers receive plants in excellent condition and have ample time to assess their new addition. We believe that within this two-week period, any pre-existing issues with the plant would become evident, allowing us to address them promptly and efficiently.

While we understand that plants may sometimes face challenges beyond the 14-day window, it is important to acknowledge that factors such as improper care, inadequate environmental conditions, or other external circumstances can contribute to a plant's decline. These factors are beyond our control, and therefore, cannot be covered under our guarantee.

Our 14-day guarantee strikes a balance between providing reassurance to our customers and acknowledging the responsibility that comes with plant ownership. We encourage customers to follow the care instructions provided and reach out to our team of plant care experts for guidance in the event of any concerns.
