Typically, orders ship within 2-4 business days of being placed, but we aim to get them out sooner. We do not fulfill orders on national holidays, and during periods of inclement weather, shipments may be delayed for the safety of your plant(s).

When your order does ship, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for an accurate up to date status from the shipping carrier.

Orders ship from our greenhouse in Florida (excluding speciality items), so standard delivery may take between 1-7 business days from departure depending on the destination. 

*Please note that we're unable to guarantee delivery dates. Once a package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, we cannot intercept it on behalf of customers and its transit journey is out of our control.*
